I have always wanted to learn how to make the Spanish Paella. I have always been on the search for the perfect Paella recipe. I finally found one that had all the perfect ingredients. I made it tonight and it was delicious. Kari said that may even be his favorite dish I make. I was so proud of myself. It has chicken, fish, shrimp, scallops, chorizo and mussels in it. If you ever want to try it. Come visit and request it.

Wow, that is awesome! How did Kari talk you into marrying him? You are beautiful, you cook well and you can make a beautiful tree out of a Charlie Brown one? I am impressed! You may not remember me, we met last thanksgiving. I am Jim Lewis' little sister (and Kari's too, kinda!). The house looks awesome and you seem like the most fun couple! I am jealous that I don't live closer! Consider coming to visit when you get a chance, we live near Charlotte NC. If you fly in sometime I would be happy to come and get you! Your wedding will be gorgeous and wonderful, you seem to have it all together! Merry Christmas!
